Find a Home in Brighton

Visit both in and out of holiday season
Brighton is a prime holiday destination, but it can be a very different place in and out of season. Make sure you’re visiting at different times of the year before making the decision to move permanently. You may find that you need to visit a few times to get an accurate view of how the city is outside of peak times and see if you still love it as much!

Get involved with a Real Estate Agent
We’ve spoken before about the benefits of Real Estate Agents and stand by it completely – there’s no better way to learn about the city and get expert advice and assistance than hiring a brilliant Real Estate Agent. If you need some suggestions to find a brilliant Agent to help you out, why not try Winkworth, who cover the entire Brighton and Hove area?

Look everywhere
Don’t assume all property will be advertised equally; look on the big property portals such as Zoopla and RightMove, check out local Real Estate Agents websites and office windows, and look through advertisements in shop windows and in newspapers to ensure you’re seeing the broadest range of properties you can.

It doesn’t hurt to ask around, either. Having a chat to people you know in the area might point you in the direction of a property you’ll love that you might not have seen elsewhere.

That’s about all there is to it – visit often, hire the experts and make sure you’re looking in the most places possible to find an amazing home that you’ll adore!
